You will partner closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams, and your analysis will directly shape features used by millions of people every day.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, funnels, and retention cohorts to surface actionable insights.\nBuild and maintain dashboards (SQL, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar tools) to track product and business KPIs.\nTranslate complex datasets into clear, digestible insights for Product, Design, and Leadership teams.\nProactively flag anomalies, trends, and opportunities across the user lifecycle.\nDesign, run, and analyse A/B experiments in partnership with Product Managers.\nDefine success metrics and guardrail metrics for new feature launches.\nBuild hypotheses backed by data and help prioritise the product roadmap.\nConduct pre- and post-launch impact analysis for shipped features.\nOwn weekly and monthly performance reporting across charter apps.\nPrepare data-backed presentations for leadership and Co-Founder reviews.\nPartner with Data Science and Analytics teams on predictive models and personalisation efforts.\nSupport PRDs and product specs with relevant data context and sizing.\nAssist in user research, surveys, and usability studies to understand user segments.\nTrack competitive and market trends across live streaming, social gaming, and creator economy platforms.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets.\nExperience with dashboarding and visualisation tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or Tableau.\nSolid grasp of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing fundamentals.\nExcellent communication skills, able to translate data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders.\nHigh ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving analysis for high-stakes product decisions.\nExperience with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis.\nExposure to consumer apps with large user bases (1M+ DAU).\nFamiliarity with Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase.\nPrior experience in social entertainment, gaming, or creator economy platforms.\nExperience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C stage).\nExperience mentoring junior analysts or leading analytics for a product charter
