You’ll care deeply about how code moves from commit to production, and you’ll take pride in knowing that the systems you build are robust, observable, and elegant.\nIf you’re the kind of engineer who feels a quiet satisfaction when everything just works, who values precision, security, and clarity - this is your kind of role.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers Tandem’s products.\n\nBuild scalable systems on top of Kubernetes, enabling rapid and reliable product development.\n\nDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated, and secure deployments.\n\nImplement and manage robust encryption and key management systems to meet healthcare-grade security requirements.\n\nEnsure observability, monitoring, and alerting are baked into every layer of the stack.\n\nContinuously improve performance, reliability, and scalability - and validate it through testing and automation.\n\nEnsure our infra supports high speed of iteration despite a regulated industry.\n\nWhat You Bring\nDeep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP also welcome).\n\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern cloud tooling.\n\nHands-on programming experience - you don’t just configure systems, you build them.\n\nSolid grasp of networking, security, and encryption concepts.\n\nA passion for building systems that empower developers and make complex things simple.\n\nHigh standards for quality, documentation, and correctness.\n\nA mindset that combines craftsmanship with pragmatism - you get things done right.\n\nExperience with Terraform, Helm, or infrastructure-as-code.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience working in regulated industries (healthtech, finance, etc.).
