About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive Tandem’s growth across the UK private healthcare market, with a focus on London.
This is a highly commercial, full-cycle sales role for an ambitious Senior Account Executive who thrives on owning a number and winning new business. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end - from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close, and handover to our Delivery and Medical Operations teams.
You’ll build relationships with healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers, understand their needs and workflows, and demonstrate how Tandem can deliver meaningful value.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver against a personal sales quota across UK private healthcare.
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, partnerships, and events.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across private healthcare providers, practices, consultants, and other relevant organisations.
Run discovery, demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations.
Work closely with Delivery and Medical Operations to ensure a smooth customer handover.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to improve our sales approach and UK market positioning.
Represent Tandem at relevant healthcare events and conferences.
Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, and forecasting discipline.
What You Bring
Proven track record in B2B sales and new business, ideally SaaS, digital health, or technology.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales experience.
Good understanding of the UK private healthcare market and its key stakeholders.
Existing relationships within UK private healthcare would be highly valuable.
Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and AI.
Bonus Points
Experience selling SaaS, digital health, or AI into UK private healthcare.
Network across private hospitals, healthcare groups, independent practices, consultants, or insurers.
Experience selling solutions involving clinical or healthcare workflows.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
