The coordinator also identifies opportunities to improve processes and simplify work for store teams.\nJOB TITLE: Retail Operations Coordinator\nREPORTS TO: Retail Operations Manager\nLOCATION: Fort Worth, TX | In office 4-5 days per week\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as a point of contact for routine operational questions from stores and field leaders, resolving requests within established guidelines and coordinating with appropriate partners through completion.\nPrepare and distribute routine retail communications, gathering input from partners and ensuring messages are clear and timely.\nCreate and update standard operating procedures, training materials, reference guides, and operational manuals in partnership with the Retail Operations Manager and subject matter experts.\nMaintain retail documents, spreadsheets, directories, databases, and operational records, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible.\nPrepare recurring operational reports, maintain tracking tools, validate data, and highlight trends or gaps requiring attention.\nGather store and field feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements that simplify work and strengthen execution.\nCoordinate assigned projects and operational rollouts by organizing materials, tracking timelines and deliverables, communicating progress, and escalating barriers or delays to the Retail Operations Manager.\nOrganize meeting materials and operational updates, document decisions, and track action items through completion.\nCoordinate retail supply ordering and replenishment, monitor supply levels, track orders and expenses, and resolve delivery or availability issues with vendors and partners.\nManage multiple priorities independently within agreed deadlines and complete additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications and Skills\n3-5 Years Experience in retail operations, store operations, project coordination, or a related administrative or operational support role.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through across multiple priorities.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create practical store-facing materials.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems and maintain accurate reports and records.\nPractical problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment about when to resolve an issue or escalate it.\nAbility to work independently, collaborate across functions, handle confidential information with discretion, and adapt to changing business needs.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nOur Company is committed to equal employment opportunity in all aspects of employment.
