This is a hands-on position that supports both Inbound (receiving, put-away) and Outbound (picking, packing, shipping) operations, as well as quality control tasks as assigned. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders form stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.\nREPORTS TO\nSr. Distribution Center Manager\nLOCATION\nBenbrook, Texas\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nInbound (Receiving & Put-away)\nUnload and inspect incoming shipments\nVerify product quantities and conditions against purchase orders\nLabel and scan inventory using RF devices\nPlace goods in designated warehouse storage locations\nOutbound (Picking, Packing & Shipping)\nAccurately pick items from storage using handheld scanners\nPack and label cartons for store delivery\nPrepare shipments according to delivery schedule and loading plans\nStage completed orders on outbound dock per route or store\nQuality Control & Housekeeping\nCheck items for damage, mislabeling, or order errors\nFollow all safety and cleanliness standards in assigned areas\nReport inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma/GED preferred\n6+ months of warehouse, stocking, or distribution experience preferred\nMust be comfortable using RF scanners and other handheld inventory tracking technology; experience with this is a strong plus\nMust be able to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 30-50 Ilb.\nSome exposure to dusty and dirty work conditions\nSome exposure to storing hazardous materials\nGeneral math and problem-solving skills\nFamiliarity with warehouse safety practices\nWillingness to learn multiple functions and cross train\nReliable transportation, attendance and punctuality\nKEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES\nCommunicate clearly and proactively with teammates to ensure timely completion of duties.
