Description:\n Lead the development and implementation of local stakeholder and participant engagement strategies across Reed Wellbeing services\n Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners and community organisations\n Increase awareness of services, strengthen referral pathways and support participant recruitment\n Work with GP Practices, primary care networks, healthcare providers and community stakeholders\n Lead community outreach through Health Champions, including targeted campaigns, promotional events and awareness initiatives\n Contribute to service performance, continuous improvement and achievement of contractual objectives\n Develop relationships with GP Practices, healthcare providers, community organisations and referral partners\n Create and maintain effective referral pathways\n Represent Reed Wellbeing at stakeholder meetings, forums and networking events\n Act as key contact for external stakeholders and respond to enquiries\n Identify collaboration opportunities with mental health, family support and voluntary sector organisations\n Plan and manage community engagement and promotional activities\n Work with the Marketing Team on engagement and communications plans\n Support digital marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns\n Manage and coordinate local outreach events and health campaigns\n Recruit, onboard and manage volunteer Health Champions\n Ensure Health Champions receive training, support and ongoing development\n Monitor engagement activity, analyse outcomes and identify performance improvements\n Contribute to service improvement and share best practice across the organisation\nRequirements:\n This role requires living in Norfolk and access to your own vehicle\n Significant experience building and managing relationships with external stakeholders\n Experience working with healthcare, public sector, community or voluntary sector organisations\n Experience developing referral partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategies\n Experience organising, coordinating and delivering events, campaigns or community outreach activity\n Experience promoting services through face-to-face engagement and marketing initiatives\n Experience recruiting, supporting or managing volunteers, ambassadors or community networks\n Experience using performance data and feedback to evaluate engagement activity and improve outcomes\n Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives\n Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience\n Desirable: experience within public health, healthcare or wellbeing services\n Desirable: experience engaging with Primary Care, GP Practices or healthcare professionals\n Desirable: experience working on commissioned public services contracts\n Desirable: experience supporting behaviour change, prevention or community health programmes\n Desirable: experience of volunteer recruitment, engagement and retention\n Desirable: understanding of local health systems and community-based service delivery\n Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills\n Strong influencing and networking abilities\n Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised approach\n Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills\n Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels\n Resilient and adaptable approach\n Commercial awareness and ability to promote services in an engaging and credible manner\n Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\n Commitment to improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities\n Collaborative and inclusive working style\n Willingness to travel
