We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and of course our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).\nDo you want to join the party?\nResponsibilities\nBe the first point of contact for IT requests in the Warsaw office - walk-ups, Slack and tickets in Jira Service Management - and resolve them or escalate with a clear hand-over\nPrepare laptops and accessories for new hires, hand them out, and collect, inspect and reset equipment from leavers\nFix the everyday basics: passwords and MFA, Wi-Fi, printers, meeting-room equipment, monitors and peripherals, OS and application updates\nReceive deliveries and keep the hardware stock in order; enrol devices in Apple Business Manager and Jamf and keep the asset register and licence counts accurate\nCreate and remove user accounts and seats in SaaS and AI tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) according to the approval rules\nHelp colleagues from other offices when they visit Warsaw: network access, workplace setup, chargers and adapters\nKeep short internal how-to notes up to date so the same question does not come back twice\nRequirements\n1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk or a similar hands-on role\nConfident with macOS first and Windows second;
