We believe work should be meaningful and fun - so if you're ready to make a difference while enjoying the journey, come join us and let's Tango!\nAbout the Role\nThe Training Content & Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering the digital training content and documentation that support both customer and internal product education. This role owns the learning management system (LMS), builds e-learning and video content, and produces written documentation that keeps training materials accurate and current post-release. Occasional support for live training sessions may be required.\nWhat You'll Do\nDigital Content Creation\nDesign and build e-learning modules, interactive exercises, and self-paced training content using tools such as Articulate 360 and Storyline 360.\nCreate and edit training videos in partnership with the videography team, including screen-capture content using tools like SnagIt.\nDevelop presentations and supporting visual materials for both internal and customer-facing training use.\nDocumentation\nWrite and maintain training documentation, including guides, job aids, quick-reference sheets, and release-based curriculum updates.\nEnsure documentation and training content stay aligned with product changes, updating materials promptly following each release.\nMaintain a consistent style, format, and organization across all training and documentation assets.\nLMS Administration & Program Support\nManage the learning management system, including uploading content, organizing learning paths, assigning courses, and troubleshooting access issues.\nTrack training completion, learner progress, and content performance within the LMS.\nCollect and analyze data on training effectiveness and content engagement to guide updates and improvements.\nPartner with Support and Development teams to identify recurring knowledge gaps and translate them into new or updated content.\nOccasional Training Support\nAssist with in-person or remote training delivery as needed, particularly for internal onboarding or specialized requests.\nSupport ad hoc training requests from internal teams.\nPerform other related duties as required.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in instructional content creation, technical writing, or e-learning development.\n1+ year of experience creating training content for software products preferred.\nHands-on experience administering a learning management system (LMS).\nWorking knowledge of MS Office and video editing/collaboration tools.\nStrong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, well-organized documentation.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple content projects at once.\nFamiliarity with IWMS and SaaS platforms a plus.\nDetail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Development, Support, and Product teams.\nMinimal travel required.\nWhat We Offer\nWe’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive-professionally and personally. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango.
