The PfM will shape mission relevant solutions, support capture and growth activities, and translate requirements into executable program deliverables across five or more programs, focused on MOSA adoption support, modular software verification & test support, and system & platform interoperability for US DoW Customers.\nThe PfM will work closely with customers, the growth team, and engineering to identify and mature opportunities, define value propositions, prioritize investments across programs, and ensure solutions are scalable and relevant across the portfolio. By balancing customer mission, pipeline growth, and portfolio health, this role drives sustainable business outcomes while ensuring program performance consistency, risk management, and return on investment across multiple initiatives.\nThis position requires close collaboration with government customers, primes, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to balance strategy, growth, and execution objectives. This role requires a strong background in systems integration, software engineering concepts, and digital engineering practices to effectively guide cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex technical solutions. PfM’s maintain a focus on, and ensure:\nEstablishing, building, and deepening relationships with Portfolio customers to ensure performance is customer-focused\nMeasurable growth of Portfolio through securing follow on work. \nSuccessful execution of the Portfolio’s Programs based on contractual commitments (technical delivery on schedule, on budget); \nRegular communication of Portfolio Performance to Tangram leadership (and other stakeholders, as needed). \nTight collaboration with the Portfolio Tech Lead.\nDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE/\nRequired Skills:\nCurrent/or recent U.S. Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.\nBachelor’s degree within any of these disciplines, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management; or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience managing, supporting, or leading technical programs in a Federal Government environment, ideally involving the development and integration of new mission systems.\nStrong understanding of software engineering concepts, specifically DoW software and systems engineering environments including the design of adaptable and affordable systems, testing, and systems integration.\nDemonstrated experience growing the scope and or value of programs or portfolios organically within the DoW market.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively, with demonstrated ability to lead and/or support teams to success.\nUnderstanding of Government and Industry program/project management tasks and execution methods and Federal acquisition processes, contracting mechanisms, and compliance requirements.\nExcellent time and resource management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple complex, multidisciplinary tasks and projects.\nProficient with MS Office and Google Suite products.\nDemonstrated competency in written and oral communication.\nAbility to travel 20% of the time.\nDesired Skills:\nCurrent active U.S. Government Security Clearance\nPrior experience supporting the air armaments community in adopting Modular Open Systems Approach [MOSA] within DoW\nPrior experience supporting software verification, and platform interoperability within DoW\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to travel by air, car, or other transportation methods\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours/day)\nAbility to lift and carry lightweight items (e.g., laptops, demo equipment, marketing materials) up to 25 lbs.\nFrequent use of hands and fingers for typing, using a mouse, writing, and handling equipment.\nVisual acuity to read detailed technical documents, view computer screens, and operate software systems\nAuditory ability to participate in meetings, customer demos, and conference calls, including in potentially noisy environments (e.g., trade shows or military facilities)\nMobility to move between office spaces, customer sites, conference venues, and manufacturing or lab environments\nFlexibility to adapt to varying work environments (e.g., corporate offices, government buildings, industrial or lab spaces)\nWe are committed to staying rooted in our core value of Team First.
