By accelerating delivery of critical systems, Tangram is transforming the way our nation solves complex software challenges.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES/\nCustomer Engagement & Solution Development\nPartner with Growth and Account teams to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategies\nEngage directly with Government customers, industry primes, and system integrators to understand mission needs, architectures, and constraints\nAddress customer challenges with tailored technical solution architectures leveraging Tangram Flex software, solutions and services\nLead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and solution workshops with stakeholders\nPre-Sales & Capture Support\nDevelop and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions\nSupport proposal efforts including technical solutioning, technical solution narrative writing, and architecture diagram creation\nContribute to win strategies by aligning solutions with customer priorities (e.g., MOSA, interoperability, speed to field)\nTechnical Leadership\nAct as a trusted advisor on software architecture, integration, and modular system design\nProvide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs and market signals\nHelp define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns\nDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE/\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience\nCurrent/recent U.S. Government Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one). U.S. Citizenship is required.\n10-15 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or solutions architecture\nFamiliarity with a variety of programming languages and software engineering tools \nDemonstrated experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles\nDeep familiarity with DoD systems, acquisition processes, and mission environments\nStrong understanding of Software architecture concepts.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nDemonstrated experience supporting proposals, RFIs/RFPs, or capture efforts\nExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where the independent and self-sufficient professional can take ownership of complex assignments, drive solutions from concept through execution, and deliver results with minimal direction or oversight.\nAbility to travel 25% -45%\nCompany headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, would consider remote locations within the US with expectation for travel.\nPreferred Skills:\nSystem integration and interoperability challenges\nC/C++/Java/Python/Rust in an Embedded Environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to travel to client sites, conferences, and lab environments.\nVisual and auditory acuity to participate in meetings and customer demonstrations.\nAbility to handle and transport demo equipment (up to 25 lbs).\nWe are committed to staying rooted in our core value of Team First.
