This role works closely with customers, internal teams, vendors, and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.\nThis position requires nationwide travel approximately 2-3 times per month based on project needs.\nA minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the contract furniture industry is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects from kickoff through installation and closeout.\nDevelop project schedules, timelines, delivery plans, and installation phasing.\nCoordinate project kickoff and pre-installation meetings.\nObtain labor estimates and coordinate installation requirements.\nReview specifications, drawings, orders, and project documentation for accuracy.\nConduct field verifications and assess job-site conditions.\nMonitor order status, deliveries, installations, and project progress.\nAttend project and construction meetings and communicate updates to appropriate teams.\nCoordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, installers, and internal departments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve installation and field-related issues.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including work packets, change orders, delivery tickets, and project records.\nManage punch lists, replacement parts, and outstanding issues through resolution.\nObtain required customer approvals and project sign-offs.\nComplete final project closeout.\nQualifications\n2+ years of Project Management experience in the contract furniture industry required.\nStrong knowledge of contract furniture projects, installations, and field coordination.\nAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.\n Ability and willingness to travel nationwide approximately 2-3 times per month based on project needs.\nThis description provides a general overview of the position and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
