Ensure changes are completed according to the project and/or release schedule.\nEnsure that the systems built conform to the requirements, principles and models that support the solution architecture overall roadmap.\nCommunicate effectively with external and internal teams on technical delivery and system maintenance.\nEnforce technical quality in all aspects of project delivery, with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and test-driven development, while adhering to SDM guidelines.\n\nRequirements\nAt least 8+ years of experience in technical, hands-on experience in development and implementation \nA bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or any related field with strong education in web technologies.\nTechnical lead in Python-based full-stack applications.\nExperience supporting and implementing large-scale, highly available applications or large projects.\nStrong experience with Python/Django-based backend and high-end frontend frameworks.\nExperience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development \nSolid experience in solutioning and system design\nExperience in designing and implementing integration with MQ, microservices, and high-volume batch processing.\nStrong experience in unit testing concepts and implementation for Python & JavaScript components \nSolid experience in object-oriented design techniques, UML, and object modelling\nExperience with a variety of source control and development tools. \nFrontend development: React, CSS (SCSS). \nBackend development: Python/Django/REST API Frameworks.\nOS skills: Linux/Unix with Shell Scripting.\nDatabase skills: MS-SQL / Oracle.
