stable and scalable trading solutions.\n\nEnsure best practices in code quality, performance tuning, and system reliability.\n\nManage technical roadmaps, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nOversee production stability, incident management, and root‑cause analysis for trading platforms.\n\nJob RequirementsMinimum 12 years of hands‑on Java development experience, with strong expertise in core Java, multithreading, performance tuning, and low‑latency systems.\n\nAt least 5 years of team leadership experience within a banking or financial markets environment.\n\nStrong experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.\n\nSolid knowledge of middleware technologies (MQ, Kafka, FIX, messaging frameworks).\n\nExperience working with front‑office trading systems.\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.\n\nExcellent communication skills and
