ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, and milestone management.\n\nProvide technical oversight by reviewing blueprints, design drawings, and engineering specifications.\n\nConduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.\n\nServe as the main communication link between internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.\n\nTrack project budgets, resources, materials, and equipment.\n\nSupport Innovation/NPD commercialization and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.\n\nBenchmark best practices and leverage world‑class equipment and supplier knowledge to enhance plant capabilities.\n\nKey RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering.\n\n3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing\n\nStrong knowledge of industry best practices and plant operations.\n\nProven experience in project management and inter‑company business coordination.\n\nStrong change management and business development capabilities.\n\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate, negotiate, and communicate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.\n\nHighly action‑oriented with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and program management skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple levels.\n\nKey StakeholdersInternal: Production, PPIC,
