technical hands-on experience in development and implementation \nAbachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or any related field with strong education in web technologies.\nTechnical lead in Python-based full stack applications.\nExperience in supporting and implementing large-scale, highly available applications or large project implementation.\nStrong experience with Python/Django-based backend and high-end frontend frameworks.\nExperience with Waterfall/Agile best practices and methods such as Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test Driven Development \nGood interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.\nSolid experience in solutioning and system design\nExperience in designing and implementing integration with MQ, microservices and high-volume batch processing.\nStrong experience in unit testing concepts and implementation for Python & JavaScript components \nSolid experience in object-orientated design techniques, UML, and object modelling\nExperience with a variety of source control and development tools. \nExcellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills)
