business needs into detailed functional specifications, data mapping sheets, and technical design documents.\n\nAnalyse, design, and optimise data flows, data lineage, and integration patterns across enterprise data warehouse environments.\n\nDrive end‑to‑end SDLC delivery, including analysis, design, development support, SIT/UAT coordination, defect triage, and release readiness.\n\nPerform data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and banking data standards.\n\nOversee and validate ETL workflows, transformation logic, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.\n\nConduct data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, and quality checks across large and complex datasets.\n\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including business users, data engineers, QA, and project managers to deliver high‑quality data solutions.\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory reporting, data governance, metadata standards, and security controls.\n\nJob RequirementsMinimum 12 years of experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, or enterprise data roles within banking or financial services.\n\nStrong hands‑on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Teradata, DataStage, or equivalent).\n\nProven capability in data mapping, data modelling, data flow design, and large‑scale data integration.\n\nSolid understanding of RDBMS, SQL, and performance optimisation across complex datasets.\n\nStrong experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, technical specifications, and traceability matrices.\n\nDemonstrated ability to support SIT/UAT, including test planning, test data preparation, and defect resolution.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, operations, technology, and data
