The ideal candidate will be responsible for L3 support, application packaging and deployment, compatibility testing, automation development, incident analysis and proactive remediation across enterprise endpoint environments.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Application Lifecycle Management (Windows and macOS)\n\n- PowerShell scripting, including reusable functions and modules\n\n- Citrix administration and operations\n\n- SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune\n\n- Endpoint automation and application packaging\n\n- MSI/EXE packaging, compatibility testing and deployment validation\n\n- L3 incident management, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide L3 technical support for endpoint, application deployment and configuration-related incidents.\n\n- Analyze recurring incidents, deployment failures and defect trends to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.\n\n- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, reusable functions and modules to automate repetitive operational tasks.\n\n- Integrate automation with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and Active Batch.\n\n- Manage application packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades and lifecycle activities across Windows and macOS environments.\n\n- Perform desktop software and hardware compatibility assessments and application certification testing.\n\n- Identify and resolve MSI package conflicts involving commercial and internally developed applications.\n\n- Create and execute functional, regression and deployment test cases for enterprise applications, operating systems, Microsoft applications, drivers and patches.\n\n- Log, track and resolve defects using ticketing and defect management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.\n\n- Troubleshoot Windows registry, Group Policy, file system, permissions and endpoint configuration issues.\n\n- Support SCCM/MECM and Intune administration, application deployment, endpoint compliance and troubleshooting.\n\n- Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments and related endpoint connectivity or application access issues.\n\n- Perform OS imaging, task sequencing, Windows deployment and physical/virtual desktop testing.\n\n- Prepare automation design documents, test reports, daily status updates, SOPs and technical documentation.\n\n- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, documentation and test-case creation, while following enterprise security and governance standards.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality, operational efficiency and deployment reliability.\n\nRequired Technical Expertise : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.\n\n- Practical PowerShell scripting and endpoint automation experience.\n\n- Experience with Citrix operations and troubleshooting.\n\n- Windows endpoint administration, OS imaging, task sequences and application deployment.\n\n- macOS administration, application packaging and deployment workflows.\n\n- Knowledge of MSI/EXE packaging, application compatibility and regression testing.\n\n- Understanding of Windows registry, Group Policy, file systems and security permissions.\n\n- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM/workflow tools.\n\n- Strong incident troubleshooting, RCA, documentation and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with ServiceNow/Active Batch automation integration.\n\n- Experience building and testing physical and virtual Windows desktops/laptops.\n\n- Familiarity with AI copilots, chat-based assistants and IDE-integrated AI tools.\n\n- Exposure to agentic AI workflows, automation runbooks and responsible enterprise AI usage.\n\n- ITIL knowledge and experience working in enterprise IT operations.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication.\n\n- Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing and documentation.\n\n- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.\n\n- Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.\n\n- Willingness to
