# Director, HRBP

The Basics: Tanium is looking for an experienced Director, HRBP to serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders of a major business function. You will advise executives on organization design, talent, performance, and change, and you will resolve the most complex and sensitive people issues in your organization. You will work with leaders at all levels to build strong teams that let Tanium thrive and let employees grow their careers here. You will shape the people strategy for your organization and set the standard for HRBP practice across the team. You will join a highly collaborative team that works hard together, has each other's backs, and delivers results. You will need to move fast with confidence. This position reports to the VP, Human Resources. What you’ll do: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including C-level executives, coaching them on leadership, team effectiveness, and hard people decisions.
