This role involves taking charge of project initiation, budget management, and timeline adherence, while proactively identifying and resolving issues. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and contributing to an agency culture of operational excellence and client service.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nBuild strong relationships with the clients and support strategic/tactical planning and execution\nUnderstand brand strategy and ensure all projects are aligned\nUnderstand both agency and client process and can effectively negotiate timing and manage client expectations through project progression\nCommunicate with clients on a daily basis, clearly, succinctly and in a timely manner\nContinually evaluate client business activity for financial monitoring and budget compliance and providing solutions with support of Project Managers\nProactively assess assigned accounts in order to identify opportunities for business growth\nSeek out new opportunities to enhance current client relationships and create added value\nManage status of projects, keeping account director well informed of any potential concerns impacting client relationships\nProvide leadership by training and coaching on a day-to-day basis the account managers and project managers\nHelp facilitate a strong and cohesive team that is focused on priorities, and knowledgeable about clients’ products and services\nWork with integrity on all projects and being accountable for delivering on expectations\nAssist in creating and building an agency culture that reinforces high levels of client service, operational excellence, commitment and team spirit, all while managing teams virtually and in different time zones\nWHAT YOU WILL NEED\nBachelor degree in a relevant discipline\nAt least 5 years of experience in a healthcare agency.\nWorking knowledge of PAAB\nProven project management skills\nGreat attention to detail and accuracy\nDemonstrated problem solving ability and financial acumen\nMultitasking competence, priority setting ability and capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced evolving and growing internal/external environments\nDesire to learn a deeper level of the business\nSelf-motivated and positive attitude\nProficient of MS Office suite\nWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER: \nChallenging Work - As leaders in the health advertising industry, we thrive on solving complex problems and innovation.
