consistency.\n\nRequirements\nEducation preferred: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMin Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in internal audit at manufacturing firms.\n\n Max Years of experience: 6 years\n\nTraining / Certificate preferred: IFRS/CIA/Accounting/Costing/Tax\n\nComputer Skills Required: (Excellent / Good / Fair / Other Knowledge)\n\nEnglish Language Required: (Fluent / Good / Fair) \n\nSoft Skills / Other abilities:\n\n Proficiency in MS office, familiar with ERP systems (AX, Oracle, Odoo, Power BI).\n\n Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial controls.\n\nProficiency in applying audit methodologies, technics, and audit procedures as per audit standards.\n\nstrong knowledge of internal control frameworks, and corporate governance.\n\nProficiency in auditing financial transactions through ERP systems, identifying inconsistencies and control gaps.\n\nExperience in analyzing and improving business workflows, cost control, and efficiency.\n\nSkills to detect signs of fraud through analytical reviews, trend analysis, and control evaluations.\n\nAbility to produce high-quality audit reports that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to travel and conduct sites
