Production Planning & Scheduling\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on approved sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory requirements.\n\nTranslate demand plans into production schedules by product, production line, and shift.\n\nCoordinate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of production schedules.\n\nMonitor actual production against planned quantities and identify deviations, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.\n\nRevise production schedules based on urgent orders, breakdowns, material shortages, and changes in priorities.\n\n2. Material & Inventory Coordination\nCoordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Materials Planning teams to confirm the availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials.\n\nIdentify potential material shortages that may affect production continuity and escalate them in advance.\n\nReview inventory levels of finished goods and work in progress to support production decisions and avoid unnecessary overproduction.\n\nEnsure production plans are aligned with material availability and replenishment schedules.\n\n3. Capacity Planning & Resource Utilization\nReview production line capacities, machine availability, and shift arrangements when preparing production schedules.\n\nCoordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to consider machine downtime, preventive maintenance, and operational constraints.\n\nSupport optimal utilization of production lines, labor, and available manufacturing resources.\n\nIdentify capacity constraints and recommend practical solutions to meet production targets.\n\n4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting\nTrack daily production performance against the approved plan and analyze variances.\n\nPrepare regular reports covering planned versus actual production, schedule adherence, backlog, and production constraints.\n\nMaintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and related data on the company’s ERP system or approved planning tools.\n\nProvide timely updates on production risks and delivery commitments to relevant stakeholders.\n\n5.
