Data Enablement & AdTech Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Design, plan, and deliver telecom data enablement capabilities, audience solutions, and advertising data products aligned with business and monetization objectives.
• Prioritize and coordinate data engineering, platform development, and integration activities to support product roadmap execution and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, ensuring timely implementation of scalable, high-quality, and privacy-compliant solutions.
• Support the development of data monetization capabilities that create new revenue opportunities through telecom data products and audience solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency and optimize data processing costs while maintaining performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, commercial, technology, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including CDPs, DSPs, clean rooms, and data onboarding providers, to ensure seamless data activation.
• Support Agile delivery practices and drive continuous improvement of data platforms, audience solutions, and operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, telecom analytics, AdTech, digital advertising, or data monetization environments.
• Experience developing and managing large-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration workflows.
• Experience working with telecom datasets such as CDRs, network events, location intelligence, and subscriber data.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external technology partners.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale data processing, analytics, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms and technologies such as Cloudera, Apache NiFi,
• Databricks, Teradata, and Hadoop ecosystem tools.
• Strong understanding of telecom data ecosystems, audience creation, and data monetization principles.
• Knowledge of advertising technology platforms including CDPs, DSPs, DMPs, identity solutions, and audience activation platforms.
• Experience with privacy-compliant data solutions and understanding of GDPR and related data protection regulations.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and machine learning/analytics tools.
• Knowledge of identity resolution, audience segmentation, clean rooms, and privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
