You will help drive value, ensure compliance, and contribute to the successful management of both pre- and post-award procurement activities in a dynamic international environment. Your responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract award, while supporting key post-award activities.\nPrepare and manage tender packages and RFQs, oversee evaluation processes, shape negotiation strategies, and support competitive tendering through to contract award. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective contract strategies. Support the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, claims, variations, extensions, renewals, contract sign-off, and performance monitoring.\nTrack market trends and contribute to strong supplier relationship management across multiple countries. Ensure procurement activities are delivered in line with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Your profile Proven experience in procurement and contract management in an international environment, ideally within a heavy industry or oil and gas context.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation in highly regulated environments. Ability to conduct detailed analysis of contractor comments and assess deviations from contractual terms and conditions. Ability to review and interpret contract clauses to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and clarify ambiguous terms.\nAbility to analyse data, market trends, and commercial terms to support sound decision-making. Experience working with procurement tools, such as SAP, and the Microsoft Office suite. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with English contract law and/or experience with FIDIC forms of contract is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
