We need exceptional talent to help us on this journey.\n\nThe Technology Team\nOur technology team builds the platforms systems and payment infrastructure our merchants use to process millions of transactions daily.\nThis team is building technology solutions to simplify MENA payments regionally and globally for businesses of all sizes.\n\nAs a Tapster you will:\n Build internal web and mobile tools to solve operational bottlenecks using React Native React and AI-assisted development\n\nDesign and deploy AI agents and automation workflows using tools like n8n Make Zapier Retool and similar platforms\n\nLeverage low-code and no-code platforms (Bubble Webflow AppGyver Glide etc.) to deliver solutions without requiring deep engineering effort\n\nUse AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude ChatGPT Code Interpreter) to write review and improve code faster\n\nBuild and maintain internal dashboards and data-display tools that connect to Ops data sources\n\nCreate workflow automations that reduce manual work for Finance KYC MX and other internal teams\n\nBuild API integrations between tools pulling data into unified Ops views without full Engineering support\n\nMaintain and iterate on solutions already built fixing bugs improving UX and adding features as operational needs evolve\n\nDocument everything built using the Ops Dashboards documentation standards\n\nWork closely with the Technical Writer to ensure all solutions are properly documented for handover \n\nWhat you will bring to the party:\n Comfortable building functional apps and web interfaces using React Native / React does not need to be senior-level but must be able to ship independently\n\nHands-on experience with 23 no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble Retool Webflow Glide AppGyver Airtable or similar\n\nActively using AI coding tools in daily workflow Copilot Cursor Claude or equivalent\n\nAble to consume REST APIs connect to webhooks and understand JSON data structures\n\nExperience with automation platforms such as n8n Make (Integromat) Zapier or similar\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn a described problem into a fast viable solution\n\nAble to clearly explain what was built and why to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nDegree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent self-taught / bootcamp background\n\n03 years of experience junior role;
