Primary Purpose: Lead the Outlet Handbags Buying & Allocation team, driving the strategic vision and execution of buying & allocation strategies for the omni Outlet Business. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is equal parts strategic and operational.

  • Drive strategic future of business by identifying market trends, assortment opportunities and understanding the customer
  • Drive team to maximize omni financial results across revenue, gross margin, and inventory goals through the development of merchandising strategies, store tiering, sales planning and allocation strategies
  • Lead the buy process from concept to completion, including partnership in product development, implementation of regional merchandising strategies and financial planning of sales/inventory
  • Manage OTB to meet financial targets at the SKU level for sales, inventory & margin with a focus on leading the team to optimize forecast accuracy
  • Continuously analyze and reforecast business and implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including adjusting product flow and inventory management
  • Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, react to in season sales to determine go forward strategy
  • Initiate and generate business analysis to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment and inventory to achieve continued growth and profitability
  • Influence product assortment by analyzing and sharing current product performance, customer feedback, consumer trends, competitive landscape and local market knowledge to global merchants/design with the goal identifying new opportunities for target customer
  • Optimize inventory through leading allocation to maximize inventory ensuring that allocations to stores align with product strategies
  • Lead team of 4 in executional excellence through all milestones in the buying and allocation process. Nurture engagement of team with a focus on their personal growth and development
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecom, Product Knowledge, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations and Field Team to create synergies among all consumer touch points ensuring 360 cohesive storytelling
  • Partner with field team to solicit qualitative feedback on product, customers, store environments & competition
