Base on Tapestry’s quality standard, to inspect products and make judgment on Finished Goods (FG) inspection before shipment.\nThe successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Quality Management to...\nDaily perform in-line inspection for monitoring procedure of products. Work on root cause analysis and action plan with SP for all quality issues are caught on lines. In the meanwhile, report it to line-manager. \nReview samples and ES & CS reports as well as QLA to stress key points report to SP \nReview pre-production trial and hold pre-production meeting with SP. \nApprove Packing Instruction for all new styles and updated PI for flat packing. \nConduct FG audit based on FG audit parameter \nTo follow up weak area which called out in walkthrough report and push SP to improve \nConduct IQC audit to audit factory IQC process. \nTrain factory QC and certified them as needs of production volume. \nFollow up Root Cause analysis and action plan for all returned defective shoes.\nThe accomplished individual will possess...\n5+ years’ experience in footwear Quality Management.
