This role combines deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, innovation leadership, and business partnership capabilities to deliver scalable, intelligent, and customer-centric solutions.\nThe successful candidate will drive end-to-end OTC process excellence, lead complex integrations across SAP and retail platforms, champion AI-enabled business capabilities, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate operational efficiency and business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead design, configuration, implementation and optimization of SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple markets.\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.\n\nDrive end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA, CAR, OMS, POS, WMS, EDI, APIs and external platforms.\n\nLeverage AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation and predictive analytics to improve OTC processes.\n\nLead resolution of complex cross-system integration and data consistency issues.\n\nCollaborate with development teams on enhancements, debugging, performance tuning and technical design.\n\nManage testing, deployment, hypercare and continuous improvement activities.\n\nProvide leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years SAP SD/CAR experience\nProven SAP implementation and rollout leadership\nStrong S/4HANA integration expertise across retail ecosystems\nExperience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives\nStrong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and stakeholder management skills\nExperience with automation and AI-enabled business solutions preferred\nAbility to work effectively within global COE and matrix organizations\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a global transformation journey powered by SAP S/4HANA, AI and modern retail technologies.\n Our Competencies for All Employees\nCourage: Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said;
