Primary Purpose: The Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment is responsible for supporting transportation, fulfillment center operations, and supply chain execution across Southeast Asia and Oceania. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, carriers, and fulfillment centers to ensure the efficient movement of goods, strong service performance, inventory accuracy, and cost optimization.

The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence through data analysis, AI-enabled insights, performance management, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Operational Performance & Control

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs.
• Drive logistics partners to investigate service gaps, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide early visibility of operational, capacity, cost, compliance,
• and business continuity risks.

Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights

• Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service, and cost performance using logistics provider and internal data.
• Transform operational data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Leverage AI and analytics tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting efficiency, and support decision-making.
• Challenge data quality, reporting assumptions, and KPI methodologies to ensure accurate and meaningful performance measurement.
• Partner with logistics providers to enhance dashboards, reporting, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Present clear, fact-based insights and recommendations to management.

Forecasting & Capacity Planning

• Track forecast accuracy by comparing demand, actual volumes, and available capacity.
• Support peak season planning across labor, space, and throughput requirements.
• Identify potential constraints and recommend mitigation actions.

Cost & Billing Governance

• Validate warehouse, transportation, customs, and logistics charges against agreed rates and supporting documentation.
• Support accruals, cost reconciliation, invoice dispute resolution, and billing controls.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities.

Continuous Improvement & Project Support

• Analyze end-to-end processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Support automation, systems enhancements, SOP development, and logistics projects.
• Track project milestones, risks, actions, and business benefits.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Prepare operational reviews and performance scorecards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution and follow-up with logistics partners and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate risks, insights, and required actions in a timely and effective manner.

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret large operational datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and approved business AI solutions, to perform data analysis, identify trends, generate insights, and improve productivity.
• Ability to formulate effective prompts and utilize AI tools to accelerate root cause analysis, business reporting, process improvement, and decision support.
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain performance metrics.

Business Skills

• Ability to transform operational metrics into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Strong storytelling skills with data, enabling stakeholders to understand business impacts rather than simply reviewing KPI results.

The accomplished individual will possess...

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience managing warehouse operators and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) preferred.
• Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce environments preferred; luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to analyze data, generate insights, and improve decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations and drive improvement through fact-based analysis.

• S4 SAP related general accounting and direct & indirect tax knowledge is a plus
