A combination of education and experience will be considered\nA passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams. \nA deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach’s heritage and values. \nStrong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence. \nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools. \nKnowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market place; curiosity for digital engagement and social media. \nA collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong vendor and community relationships. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, \nStrong English language proficiency.
