Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives.\n The Associate Director, Product Management is a strategic leader within TAPI's Commercial organization, responsible for maximizing the long-term value, profitability, and competitiveness of assigned API products throughout their lifecycle. The role owns global product strategy development and execution, translating market insights and customer needs into differentiated commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth.\nActing as the global expert for their product portfolio, the Product Manager leads go-to-market initiatives, portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and value proposition development while partnering closely with Commercial, R&D, Business Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute global product strategies for assigned APIs, including market positioning, pricing, lifecycle management, growth initiatives, and commercialization plans.\nDrive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability through proactive portfolio management and strategic opportunity identification.\nConduct comprehensive market assessments, including therapeutic area dynamics, customer trends, competitive intelligence, patent landscapes, and emerging industry developments.\nServe as the global subject matter expert on market dynamics, customer needs, competitive positioning, and TAPI's value proposition.\nDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies that create differentiation and accelerate commercial success across global markets.\nLead product lifecycle management from pipeline assessment and launch planning through commercial growth, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.\nIdentify and drive lifecycle management opportunities, including new applications, market expansion, product improvements, and portfolio enhancement initiatives.\nDevelop compelling marketing materials, product positioning, and customer-facing tools that clearly communicate TAPI's value proposition.\nEnable commercial excellence by delivering product training, market insights, and opportunity development support to regional sales teams and customers.\nContinuously evaluate portfolio performance, product competitiveness, and market attractiveness to optimize investment decisions and resource allocation.\nAlign and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities and achievement of business objectives.\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA is considered an advantage.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or other strategic commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, API, CDMO, or life sciences industry.\nProven experience developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.\nStrong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, product lifecycle management, competitive landscapes, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization.\nDemonstrated ability to translate market insights and data into clear business recommendations and strategic actions.\nExcellent analytical skills with strong business acumen and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.\nOutstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.\nStrong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrategic thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a continuous improvement orientation.\nExperience working in cross-functional and global matrix organizations.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nWillingness to travel internationally up to 10%.\nInterested in making an impact within a leading global API organization?
