Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives.\n Role Summary\nWe are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong exposure to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain performance tracking, and business analytics. The role will translate demand, supply, inventory, service, and operational data into clear dashboards, insights, and recommendations that support cross-functional decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports covering S&OP KPIs such as demand accuracy, supply attainment, inventory health, service levels, forecast bias, and process adherence.\nAnalyze demand, supply, inventory, production, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport monthly S&OP review cycles by preparing data packs, executive summaries, scenario analyses, and decision-support insights.\nPartner with supply chain, commercial, finance, operations, and planning teams to convert business questions into clear analytical outputs.\nAutomate recurring reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and relevant AI-enabled tools where appropriate.\n Required Background\n8-10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, supply chain analytics, demand planning, or S&OP.\nHands-on experience supporting S&OP processes, including demand review, supply review, inventory review, executive review, KPI tracking, and action follow-up.\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.\nCertification or exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, supply chain planning, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage.\nSkills and Capabilities\nStrong skills in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, VBA, SQL, and data visualization.\nAbility to connect operational data with business decisions and explain insights clearly to senior stakeholders.\nGood understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand, supply, inventory, capacity, service, and forecast performance.\nCuriosity to explore AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve reporting efficiency and decision quality.\nThis role is suited for a hands-on analytics professional who can bring structure, clarity, and actionable insight to S&OP decision-making while building scalable reporting and automation solutions.\n Make Your Mark with TAPI\nYour journey with TAPI is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
