Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives.\n Join TAPI's Debrecen production site and play a key role in ensuring the reliable supply of raw materials that support our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Working closely with local stakeholders, global suppliers, and cross-functional teams, you will drive sourcing initiatives, support cost savings, and help maintain a resilient and efficient supply chain.\nThis position is based in Debrecen and requires regular on-site presence. Candidates should be able to work from the site at least on a weekly basis.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with local and global suppliers to ensure supply continuity and competitive commercial terms.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for critical raw materials used in API manufacturing.\nNegotiate contracts and support supplier performance management initiatives.\nMonitor market trends, supply risks, and raw material availability to proactively mitigate disruptions.\nSupport the delivery of annual savings targets and contribute to budget planning activities.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.\nSupport the implementation of global and local procurement initiatives and category strategies.\nContribute to inventory optimization and operational excellence across the site.\nMinimum 5 years of procurement experience within a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, healthcare, or related manufacturing sectors.\nExperience supporting manufacturing or production environments is strongly preferred.\nBachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific, technical, business, or supply chain-related field.\nStrong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nHighly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple functions.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with ERP systems is an advantage.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to regularly travel to and work from the Debrecen production site, with a minimum on-site presence of one day per week.\nMake Your Mark with TAPI\nYour journey with TAPI is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
