Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives.\n Purpose of the Job\nTo support and implement the site's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and global EHS objectives. The role is responsible for identifying workplace hazards, driving corrective and preventive actions, conducting safety inspections and training programmes, monitoring contractor safety performance, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety Inspections, Audits & Compliance\nConduct regular safety inspections, audits, and surveys across plant areas to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.\nEnsure compliance with applicable EHS regulations, company policies, and safety standards.\nPerform workplace risk assessments and job hazard analyses for various departments and operations.\nIncident Investigation & Corrective Actions\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences; conduct root cause analysis.\nMonitor and maintain the EHS Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) database, tracking implementation status and verifying effectiveness.\nRecommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.\nEHS Training & Awareness\nConduct EHS induction training for employees, contractors, and visitors.\nDeliver safety training programmes and awareness sessions on various EHS topics.\nPromote employee engagement through safety campaigns and toolbox talks.\nSafety Management & Permits\nSupport the development and implementation of EHS procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.\nReview and issue work permits for high-risk activities, verifying compliance with safety controls.\nMonitor fire protection systems and support emergency preparedness planning and drills.\nContractor & Performance Management\nMaintain records of contractor EHS evaluations and monitor compliance with site safety requirements.\nTrack site EHS performance against KPIs and prepare reports and dashboards for management review.\n Experience Required: 4-5 Years in Pharma or Chemical API\nQualification: B.Tech- Fire & Safety/ MSc-Chemistry & Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety\n Make Your Mark with TAPI\nYour journey with TAPI is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
