Join us and be part of a mission that transforms lives.\n We’re seeking a hands-on production expert with deep GMP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and operational expertise in documentation, safety.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCarrying out dispensing activities as per applicable procedure.\nCarrying out process and sampling activities during the production of Intermediate /API’s according to approved batch cards.\nKnowledge of equipment handling like Reactor, centrifuge, ANFD\nResponsible for recording the observations of reaction parameters on the batch card as per approved procedure.\nFilling of all the batch cards (production cleaning) as per approved instructions.\nEnsure verification of weigh balances as per applicable procedures.\nMaintain work procedure, safety precaution and cGMP.\nEnsure housekeeping of plant and cleanliness of the equipment, update the equipment\nReport accidents and irregularities at the work station to the Shift Officer.\nKnowledge to perform trouble shooting and root cause analysis. Develops solutions to complex problems requiring resourcefulness and creativity/innovation and ensures solutions are consistent with organization’s objectives.\nWork is performed without appreciable direction while exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.\nGood organizational skills, basic first-line management skills for daily operation, situational Leadership and decision-making skills.\nCoordination of production tasks to meet assigned schedule.\nSkills & Competencies:\nGood understanding of Production procedures.\nGood Understating of GMP & Safety\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\n Preferred Experience:\nPrior experience in regulated environments (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.)\nExposure to API manufacturing in pharma.\n The ideal candidate will have:\nEducation: M.Sc./ Diploma (Chemistry).\n\nExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Pharma API industry.\n\n Make Your Mark with TAPI\nYour journey with TAPI is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
