If you thrive in managing daily production planning, driving yield and cost improvements, overseeing documentation and compliance, and leading technology transfers and audits-all while fostering a culture of safety and GMP excellence-this opportunity in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment is for you.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAssist in preparing daily and monthly production Planning and adherence\nProcess optimization, team supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and efficiency goals.\nEnsuring proper solvent recovery, yield, waste management, and preventive maintenance.\nEnsure timely execution of batch manufacturing as per SOPs\nMonitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores and planning\nSupervise critical process parameters and troubleshoot deviations\nResponsible for Process validation and equipment qualifications.\nEnsure & Approve production-related documentation including BMRs, logbooks, and deviation reports.\nSupport scale-up and technology transfer activities\nDrive yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines\nReview and approve batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and logbooks\nCoordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and batch release.\nLead and train production operators and shift supervisors\nConduct performance reviews and skill development sessions\nFoster a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability.\nImplementing and monitoring GMP standards with 24*7 ATR.\nParticipate & Lead in internal and external audits.\nImplement CAPAs and ensure timely closure of audit observations\nStrong knowledge of chemical reactions, equipment handling, and process safety\nFamiliarity with GMP documentation and regulatory expectations\nLeadership, problem-solving, and communication skills\nManaging technology transfer and scale-up of new products.\nManage production staff and Responsible for conducting training sessions on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and overseeing the qualification process of departmental personnel.\n The ideal candidate will have:\nB.Tech / B.E in Chemical Engineering\nExperience Required: Minimum 6 years in API manufacturing\nKey Skills:\nStrong knowledge of production procedures\nIn-depth understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)\nSolid grasp of industrial safety protocols\nAbility to lead, train, and supervise production teams\n Make Your Mark with TAPI\nYour journey with TAPI is more than a job-it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact on global health.
