ownership – defining and maintaining the architecture of mobile applications throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nTechnical solution design – translating business and product requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.\n\nNative vs cross-platform decisions – assessing and recommending the right approach depending on project needs, constraints and long-term maintainability.\n\nAPI and integration design – defining mobile-side integration patterns, API requirements, offline mode, storage and data flows together with backend and solution architecture teams.\n\nTechnical leadership – supporting developers in technical decisions, reviewing architecture and implementation approaches, and ensuring engineering standards are followed.\n\nSprint 0 and project setup – contributing to environments, Git strategy, CI/CD, testing approach, security standards and development tooling.\n\nArchitecture and code quality – performing architecture reviews and code reviews, identifying technical risks and supporting their resolution.\n\nPerformance, security and maintainability – ensuring applications meet expected standards for performance, security, scalability and long-term maintainability.\n\nTechnical collaboration – working closely with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, QA, backend teams, UX/UI and DevOps throughout project delivery.\n\nAI-assisted development – supporting responsible use of AI tools in development, testing, reviews and documentation.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including experience as a Mobile Architect, Solution Architect, Tech Lead or Senior Mobile Developer with architectural responsibility.\n\nVery good knowledge of Flutter and experience delivering production mobile applications.\n\nGood understanding of native iOS and Android development.\n\nKnowledge of Swift / SwiftUI and Kotlin / Jetpack Compose.\n\nPractical experience with REST APIs, mobile integrations, offline mode and local storage.\n\nGood understanding of mobile security, CI/CD and application build/release processes.\n\nExperience in technical leadership, architecture decisions and mentoring developers.\n\nAbility to analyse requirements, identify technical risks and propose pragmatic solutions.\n\nVery good level of English, written and spoken.\n\nInterest in digital products, technology and modern software engineering practices.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform.\n\nExperience with brownfield projects, migrations or large existing mobile applications.\n\nCloud experience.\n\nExperience in software house / digital agency environments.\n\nExperience with fixed-price projects.\n\nPractical experience using
