As the company continues to scale rapidly across multiple markets, this role will play an important part in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting across the group and strengthening our financial control environment.\nYou will support the coordination of statutory audits across multiple global entities, help design and implement robust financial controls, and contribute to the monthly reporting process. You will also work on initiatives to improve finance processes and build scalable reporting infrastructure through automation.\nThis role offers strong exposure to group reporting, global audit coordination, and financial control in a fast-growing fintech environment, working closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams across the business.\nThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about improving financial processes in a fast-paced and mission-driven company.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial reporting & month-end close\nSupport the month-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.\n\nAssist in maintaining accurate financial data across multiple entities and reporting systems.\n\nContribute to the preparation of internal financial reporting and analysis used by senior leadership.\n\nMaintain clear documentation of accounting processes and financial reporting procedures.\n\nAssist with maintaining documentation required for regulatory and compliance reporting across jurisdictions.\n\nContribute to initiatives aimed at improving financial discipline and consistency across entities.\n\nProcess improvement & automation\nSupport initiatives to improve and automate finance workflows and reporting processes.\n\nSupport projects to improve the efficiency and scalability of financial reporting systems and data flows\n\nWork with Finance and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy and data quality.\n\nRequirements\nCPA / ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.\n\nPrior experience in audit, financial reporting, or financial controls (e.g., Big 4 or similar environment).\n\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills.\n\nExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.\n\nInterest in process improvement, automation, and building scalable finance processes.\n\nAbout Us\nWe’re building the world’s leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets - empowering families, fuelling local economies, and changing how millions access financial services.\nSince our launch in 2019, we have transformed how money moves across borders with our operations spanning 6 out of 7 continents and covering both the busiest and most underserved (remittance) corridors.
