Petroleum is Hiring | AP Accountant (Head Office)\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and process supplier/contractor invoices and supporting documents, including three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices where applicable.\nVerify quantities, prices, contracts, taxes, approvals, and correct GL accounts, cost centers, business units, and ERP dimensions.\nProcess A/P transactions for suppliers, contractors, maintenance, services, CAPEX, and operating expenses.\nReconcile supplier statements and A/P sub-ledger with the GL, resolving differences and monitoring advances, prepayments, credit notes, and outstanding balances.\nPrepare invoices and liabilities for payment runs, coordinate payment schedules and cash requirements with Treasury, and ensure compliance with DOA, procurement procedures, and internal controls.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including A/P aging analysis and monitoring overdue/abnormal balances.\nIdentify duplicate invoices/payments, incorrect vendor balances, and other control exceptions, while maintaining complete documentation and audit trails.\nSupport internal/external audits, tax inspections, ERP improvements, A/P automation, and Procure-to-Pay process enhancements.\nR equirements:\n- Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree of accounting or related certificates is required.\n- (2~3 Years) Experience in Finance or related to
