Requirements:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Section Head to join our Finance team at TAQA Power.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support the companys decision-making and growth objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts across all departments.\nConsolidate business unit financials and ensure alignment with company strategic goals.\nAnalyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.\nPrepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to management.\nSupport senior management with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.\nPartner with different departments to enhance cost control and operational efficiency.\nDevelop, monitor, and report on key financial KPIs and performance metrics.\nEnsure financial reports comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.\nLead and mentor the FP&A team, promoting continuous improvement and analytical excellence.\nCoordinate closely with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n+5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the power, energy, or utilities sector.\nProfessional certification such as CMA, CPA, or MBA is an advantage.\nStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills,\nProficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and present complex financial information clearly.\nStrong leadership skills with a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and attention to
