practices.\nCoordinate maintenance shutdowns and equipment overhauls while minimizing operational interruptions.\nMonitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.\nPrepare maintenance reports, work orders, failure analysis reports, and technical documentation.\nCoordinate with Operations, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process teams to ensure continuous plant operation.\nSupervise contractors and external service providers during maintenance activities.\nEnsure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and applicable industry standards.\nMaintain spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of critical mechanical components.\nParticipate in equipment commissioning, startup, testing, and acceptance of new installations.\nSupport root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing plant reliability and operational efficiency.\nKnowledge Skills and Ability\nEngineering bachelor's degree (Mechanical Power).\nFresh Graduate or 2 years of experience as Max.\nOverall Graduation Grade is Very good.\nGood English command.\nknowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering issues.\nExcellent computer knowledge and skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nTechnical Reporting
