At TARA AI Labs, we're building autonomous AI systems for financial intelligence, credit infrastructure, and intelligent money management. We are creating production-grade AI systems, not SaaS wrappers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable backend AI systems.
  • Productionize LLMs and AI agents.
  • Build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and security.
  • Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-7+ years.
  • Python (mandatory); Go/TypeScript preferred.
  • Experience in distributed systems, DSA, and system design.
  • Required Skills: REST APIs and microservices, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Airflow, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, Prometheus, Grafana.

Preferred AI Experience:

  • LLMs, RAG, embeddings.
  • LangChain, Hugging Face, Ray.
  • PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • OpenAI/Claude integrations.
