Description
Sycamore Meadows is now hiring a Compliance Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of HUD Project-Based Section 8/PBRA compliance experience Strong working knowledge of:
- HUD Handbook 4350.3
- HUD income and asset calculation
- Processing Annual, Interim, and Initial certifications/recertification
- Tenant selection and eligibility requirements
- EIV requirements and procedures
- HUD Model Lease and required HUD forms
- Fair Housing and nondiscrimination requirements
- VAWA requirements
- Reasonable accommodation requirements
- Waiting-list and applicant-processing requirements
- Experience preparing a property for HUD Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and responding to MOR findings.
- Ability to identify, document, correct and track compliance deficiencies.
- Experience reviewing 50059s, certifications, EIV reports, income/asset documentation and supporting tenant-file documentation.
- Strong knowledge of HUD rent, utility allowance, subsidy and tenant rent calculations.
- Ability to interpret HUD regulations
