This role will work closely with business, and our industrial modules to deliver scalable system enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting solutions, and technical architecture within the Infor CSI environment.\nThe ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with Infor CSI/SyteLine, including IDOs, Forms, Event Handlers, Infor OS/ION, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, and application development, and can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nLead ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations, customizations, integrations, and automation solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain IDOs, IDO Methods, Forms, Form Scripts, Event Handlers, Application Events, Global Objects, and custom business logic.\nDevelop and support integrations using Infor OS/ION, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and third-party applications.\nConfigure and support ION Workflows, ION Connect, BODs, API Gateway, and enterprise integration services.\nCreate and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, inbound/outbound interfaces, and automation processes.\nDevelop technical solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.\nBuild and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, performance, and data integrity issues across multiple systems.\nEvaluate existing customizations and integrations and recommend improvements and best practices.\nKey Competencies & Skills\nExperience supporting manufacturing operations within global footprint, in publicly traded companies including, warehouse, CRM and other enterprise business systems.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, authentication, data transformation, error handling, and system interoperability.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience developing Syteline technical solutions, IDOs, integrations, and APIs.\nEquivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant experience may be considered.\nWorking Conditions: \nWork is performed inside a flex space building consisting of offices, open desk space, laboratory, machine shop, and a manufacturing floor. Level of noise is usually quiet in the office environment and temperature controlled. Noise levels are elevated in the warehouse space where temperatures can vary depending on the outside elements and weather.
