This role requires strong graphic design fundamentals, a sharp eye for typography and layout, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. You will also create polished presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and communicate design ideas clearly and confidently to partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is\na plus. understanding, and strong design craft.\n\nEnd-to-End Creative Ownership\nOwn the creative process from brief interpretation through final production delivery.\n\nTranslate business objectives into compelling, on-brand design solutions with strong attention to detail, consistency, and guest relevance.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and quality outcomes.\n\nPresent work confidently, articulate design rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback effectively.\n\nApply sound print production knowledge to ensure technical and visual branding or design agency environment.\n\nDesign degree or equivalent professional qualification.\n\nStrong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging design, typography, and photo art direction.\n\nProficiency in key creative software programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is also key.\n\nStrong
