Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.\nCore Skills:\nGraduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or MBA with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.\nRelevant business knowledge and understanding of Retail and Store Operations.\nStrong data analysis and visualization skills using SQL and Power BI/Tableau, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nKnowledge of process improvement, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and workflow optimization.\nAbility to define business problems, analyse data, establish facts, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.\nWorking knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical techniques;
