You will elevate the team’s performance by providing insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback and by partnering with senior leaders and peers across pyramids to resolve execution-related barriers.\nYou will lead product discovery with key stakeholders, validating hypotheses and concepts with customers before committing engineering capacity. You will guide complex work across multiple pyramids and interrelated specialities.
