The role of a Small Format Team Member can provide you with theskills and experience of:\nGuest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture across the store\n\nRetail business fundamentals,includingdepartment sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management,andprocess efficiency&improvement\n\nSupporting daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals\n\nAs aSmall Format Team Member, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely includethe following responsibilities:\nCreate an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:\n\nGreet:\n\n10ft: be friendly - smile, make eye contact, or wave\n\n4ft: greet the guest, smile andinitiatea warm, helpful interaction\n\nHelp guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience\n\nEnd every guest transaction with a sincere thank you\n\nActively support team efforts andassistpeers in other areas whilemaintaininga positive and respectful attitude\n\nAdjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience\n\nHelpguests asyoucompleteworkloadwith minimal guest disruption.\n\nWork in all departments to ensure salesfloor isfull, zonedand in stock for guests.\n\nAssistwith truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor.\n\nMake changes tosalesfloormerchandise displaysforall departments.\n\nConduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments.\n\nComplete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.\n\nSupport execution of major transitions.\n\nMaintaininterior and exteriorbrand, including emptying garbage cans andattending torestroom cleanliness,collecting carts, chargingelectroniccarts, recyclingand attendingto spills throughout the store as needed.\n\nAccurately execute allfills(i.e.,fill the floor, liabilityfills, and guest requests)andorganize and storereserveproductfrom all departments.\n\nProcess all inbound deliveries(using the receive application)to ensure inventory accuracy.\n\nComplete all backroom daily and weekly audits.\n\nIf certified,operatedpowered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom.\n\nMaintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines.\n\nFollow processes accurately with attention to detail,monitorown progress and accurately prioritize tasks.\n\nDemonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance.\n\nWork in a safe mannerat alltimes;comply withall safety policies,best practices, and training;
