The role of a Guest Advocate can provide you with theskills and experience of:\nCommunicatingand interactingwith guests to build anwelcoming guest experience\n\nBlendingproblem solving and decision making to positively impactthe guest experience and resolve guest concerns\n\nAdaptingto different guest interactions and situations\n\nPromoting and engaging around various benefits, offeringsand services\n\nAs aGuestAdvocate, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical day will most likely includethe following responsibilities:\nDemonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard\n\nCreate a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.\n\nWhen guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.\n\nMake the guest aware of current promos. store activities and events.\n\nBe knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the totalstore, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guestand improve their experience.\n\nThank guestsand let them know we’rehappy they chose to shop at Target.\n\nKnow and speak tothe benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assistwith application or sign-up as needed.\n\nScan and bag all guest items efficiently, accuratelyand in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.\n\nWork efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintainingguest service and accuracy.\n\nUnderstand and show guests how to usethefeatures and offerings within the Target Appincluding Wallet.\n\nBe familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering,and know how to direct the guest to enroll, activate and use these features.\n\nAttempt every return and follow register prompts;partnerwith immediate Leaders as needed to help solve for the guestwhile following Target’s policies and procedures.\n\nMaintain a clean, clutter free work areaby gatheringunpurchaseditems, baskets, and hangersfor removal.\n\nStock supplies during store open hours while being available for the guest.\n\nDemonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safetyand compliance.\n\nWork in a safe manner at all times;
