Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/TypeScript/React.js

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer with a backend-heavy focus to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling robust server-side systems while ensuring a seamless integration with high-performance frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable code. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our platform, ensuring that millions of users experience fast, reliable, and intuitive interactions, ultimately driving our business growth and competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js to ensure high availability and low latency for our global user base.

- Develop and maintain responsive frontend components using React.js, Vue.js, or AngularJS to provide a consistent and engaging user experience.

- Optimize database queries and system architecture to improve application performance and reduce operational costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver features that meet evolving business needs.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain system integrity and minimize downtime for our customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building high-traffic backend systems using Node.js, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to develop modern, component-based frontend interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.

- Strong grasp of database design and management, including both relational and NoSQL databases, to support complex data structures.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Ability to thrive in an agile setting, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term code quality and system scalability.
