You will:\nLeverage data, analytics, and business expertise to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decision-making.\nPartner with business, product, and technology leaders to define analytical approaches, measurement strategies, and success metrics for key initiatives.\nLead complex analyses across multiple data sources to identify opportunities, risks, trends, and drivers of business performance.\nDesign and execute analytical frameworks that evaluate business outcomes, measure impact, and support prioritization of investments and initiatives.\nDefine and evolve key metrics, KPIs, and business logic to ensure consistent measurement and decision-making across stakeholders.\nGuide experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives by developing measurement plans, evaluating results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.\nDeliver insights through dashboards, reporting solutions, presentations, and data storytelling that drive business action.\nInfluence business partners through data-driven recommendations and serve as a trusted advisor on analytical and measurement-related decisions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve analytical analytical techniques, AI-enabled capabilities, and innovative approaches to improve decision-making and business outcomes.\nLead analytical workstreams and complex projects that span multiple stakeholders, teams, or business areas.\nAbout You:\nFour-year degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, product analytics, marketing analytics, or a related analytical discipline.\nAdvanced experience using SQL to access, transform, and analyze complex datasets.\nExperience applying analytical techniques and statistical methods to solve business problems and support decision-making.\nExperience building dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Qlik, or similar platforms.\nExperience communicating analytical insights and recommendations to senior
